Our metal buildings are built to last, with thick 14 gauge square steel framing, steel siding, steel roofing, and frame-outs around doors and windows. Vertical roofing is standard for A-Frame buildings, and we can add vertical sides as well. We will also provide the necessary anchors for dirt, gravel, or concrete for FREE.
For buyers who may be financially burdened to pay cash for a building or for buyers who simply can't afford the cost of a carport, we offer rent to own options. In a rent to own agreement, we do not check your credit, there is simply a low down payment and you will make monthly payments on the product over the length of the agreement. Once all payments are complete, the building is yours!
We do not run a credit check, nor will your credit be affected by your purchase. Anyone can own a Natural State Building!
