Yes absolutely! Most of our customers create tiny homes with our portable cabins. It's easy, all the exterior work is done, so with some simple interior finish work, one can create a beautiful tiny house.

For anything off the lot, our typical lead time is 2 weeks. If ordering something custom from the factory, it is typically 4-6 weeks.
These are delivered as a complete building, so please ensure there are no gates, trees, fences, etc, in the way of our delivery drivers. We prefer 1' of clearance either side of the building for a comfortable entrance if at all possible.If the building is going on blocks, please also ensure that you have some blocks available for our delivery drivers so they can level the building. Please call or text us for the # of blocks needed.
Check with your local tax collector’s office, as requirements may vary between counties. If we’re placing a new shed on an existing foundation, you may not need a permit. However, your county may require a permit regardless of whether we need to pour a new foundation.

Typically 4-6 weeks out for new orders from the time the order is placed until delivery.
We will need a level pad, either dirt, gravel, or concrete, and 2-3' of clearance around the building as well.
Most buildings are put up in less than a day, some may take as long as a week depending on the size and options.
